What this policy covers

It covers information you send us through this website, for example by requesting a quote. If you are an employee whose company uses Musteroll, your employer decides how your work data is handled and will give you their own privacy notice.

What we collect

Only what you choose to type into our enquiry form: your name, your email address, and optionally your company name, phone number and the message you write.

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or non-essential cookies on this site, so there is nothing to consent to and no tracking of your visit.

Why we use it

To reply to you and discuss whether Musteroll suits your operation. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you have asked us to get in touch, and we need your details to do that. We will not add you to a marketing list or send you unrelated messages.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry is delivered to our inbox by a form-delivery provider (FormSubmit), which processes it solely to pass the message to us. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up and keep a record of our conversations, then deleted. Ask us sooner and we will remove yours.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Email contact@photozi.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top.
